Abstract Agricultural socialization is a trend and characteristic of modern agricultural development. As a new way of production and management, it's the outcome of reform and development in our country. To build and perfect the service system of agricultural socialization with different characteristic is the objective demand and guarantee of the development of agricultural socialization; the two are complement to each other. Take the Guanzhong area in Shaanxi province as an example and on the, basis of analysis of the present characteristics, problems and mutual relations, the authors not only put forward four "matching models" suited for major development, but also think that it is necessary to realize "three eradicating and three establishing" in the head, to regulate and perfect the three structures "in strategy and to accomplish" the three dependings and three combinafions" in action.
